equipped kitchen laundry service
the room had a kitchen. it had cutlery, dishes and glasses. i used the laundry. it was excellent. the parking costed 15€ for the day and night, it seemed convenient.
there wasn't a place to park when arriving. check in took nearly an hour because of a queue. the underground park wasn't convenient for getting to the hotel.

shower mildew temperature limit
the room i had was a little disappointing. it did not look like the pictures online. the shower had mildew and mold. also, the air conditioning had a temperature limit, so it was a bit warm

excellent air conditioning helpful staff good location
The air conditioning worked excellent. this helped me so much. the staff were very helpful with all my questions. the location was great. The palais des papes was only a ten minute walk.
i thought the shower was small. you did not have enough space in there.
